Inspiration for the heart anchors came one day in 2020 when stones washed up on the shoreline of Lake Michigan beside me. I was inspired to hold a weighty stone to my chest as I watched the sun setting. Hand over hand on my heart, I felt an anchoring calm my entire body.
I have guided people who are stressed out and nervous to press the red heart anchor to their heart — hand over hand.
